The Policy Design Sprint
The APROPOS Policy Design Sprint is a collaboration technology for policymaking deployed to assist policymakers in co-designing and testing a policy prototype in just under seven weeks.
The APROPOS Policy Design Sprint is a collaboration technology which is uniquely tailored to the needs of policymakers seeking to break new ground on a policy challenge in very little time. It combines elements of dialogue facilitation, human-centered design thinking and the result-focused approach of the Agile methodology of the Sprint.
It was ideated to provide an informal and creative arena for policy ideation and a guided collaboration space to experiment with the quick prototyping of policy solutions to political challenges.
The Policy Design Sprint is designed to function as a policy ideation space for policymakers at all levels of governance, from the local to the international level. It offers a space to work on ideation and testing of political solutions which can be co-designed across parties and, if so desired, across borders.

-
5 online meetings;
-
Up to 10 policymakers - across parties, levels of governance and across borders;

>> The Policy Design Sprint is also available as an offline format, over the duration of a week.
