Update | 'Process Design for Impact' Capacity-Building Training

APROPOS team

The APROPOS team is thrilled to have delivered its first intensive 1-day capacity-building training on "Process Design for Impact 101". The course saw the participation of 15 mid-level and senior-level professionals for the Robert Bosch Stiftung.

Over the course of the day, the training allowed participants to:

• Explore the basic principles, research and values that support the need for more and better process and dialogue design in policy work and multi-stakeholder engagement strategies - and what this means for the work of think tanks and foundations;
  

• Engage in best-practice sharing, pulling from the 7+ years of experience of the APROPOS team in designing political conversations for policymakers, as well as explore peer-to-peer learning opportunities and the application of concrete examples of different formats and tools;
  

• Apply the tools of process design to user-case studies with the objective to explore, against a backdrop of real-life examples, how to design fit-for-purpose and impactful policy conversations.
